Having worked in the glass and building trade from leaving school in 1961, Terry decided to start up his own as a sole trader in 1980.

Ten years later his son Paul was leaving school and came to work with him. Paul was very keen to learn and soon found himself a college course in the art of brickwork and general building which has been a great asset to them.
